Location-enabled application connected to tiLatina's Call Center
Personal Security Assistant (also known as PSA) is a complementary application for our field agent custody service which tracks agents’ daily activities. The app connects to our Call Center to provide real time assistance. The app features a Button that allows users to ask for help. The Call Center in Mexico City handles the user requests and provides assistance to the field agent.
Notice: This application needs to use your location when you press the assistance button. We use your location to provide accurate assistance and to find you in case you have a major incident.
